What is your return policy?

If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your purchase within 15 days of receiving it. To qualify, the bag must be unworn, in original condition, and have all tags intact. Unfortunately, customized items are not eligible for return.

To maintain your leather bag’s quality, avoid exposure to direct sunlight and excessive moisture. Use a leather conditioner periodically to clean and protect the leather. Store it in a cool, dry place, ideally in the provided dust bag.

Can I cancel or change my order?
